Founded in 1990 and built on generations of craftsmanship, our story begins with Giuseppe
Guerriero, a respected contractor and skilled mason who immigrated from Italy and made a
name for himself throughout Boston. His passion for building was passed down to his son,
Bruno Guerriero, who from an early age followed in his father’s footsteps. With that same
dedication and love for the craft, Bruno turned a lifelong commitment into a thriving company
that stands today as a trusted name in masonry, waterproofing, and foundation restoration.

Today, Bruno leads the company alongside his business partner Carlo, who represents the next
generation of leadership. With a forward-thinking mindset and a deep respect for the company’s
heritage, Carlo brings fresh energy and modern innovation to BGC Inc. and Boston
Foundations. He is continuously researching and implementing new techniques, technologies,
and proprietary products to improve efficiency and results, while staying true to the time-tested
principles of the old school craftsmanship that have defined our company from the beginning.
